Questions about Durovin Bathrooms
Does Durovin Bathrooms deliver outside the UK?
No, Durovin Bathrooms does not deliver outside the UK Mainlands. Orders from international customers are still accepted, but the customer has to arrange the carriage. According to the terms, delivery charges for orders outside mainland Britain or Scotland may vary. Deliveries are made on business days only, and there is no weekend delivery service.
What happens if I return a Durovin Bathrooms product after 30 days?
If a product comes back after the initial 30-day period but is in good condition, Durovin Bathrooms can issue a partial refund of 85%. The remaining 15% covers platform fees, which are non-refundable once the order is outside the return period. Contact customer service before you send anything back.
How quickly does Durovin Bathrooms issue a refund?
Items received before 2:00 PM are processed the same day, and those received later are processed the next business day, once they have passed inspection. Refunds go to your original payment method within 24 hours, although the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank.
Can I return an installed toilet or basin to Durovin Bathrooms?
No, products that have been used or installed are non-refundable. Installation marks such as drill holes or glue residue, scratches, watermarks or removed protective film lead to a rejected return. Toilet pans and toilet seats are not accepted after any installation or use. A non-refundable product may be kept for up to 7 days while collection is arranged.
How fast does Durovin Bathrooms deliver?
Durovin Bathrooms uses a 24-48 hrs courier service, and single-man items are sent on a next business day service. Small items go by next day courier and heavy products by a specialised courier. You can change or modify an order before dispatch if you tell the team before the 2pm daily delivery cut-off.
How can I contact Durovin Bathrooms customer service?
Customer support is available from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. You can reach the team through the live chat on the website, by telephone on 01922 627773 or by email at info@durovinbathrooms.co.uk. The website also has a contact form, and the team replies to emails within 24 hours.
Can I collect a Durovin Bathrooms order or visit a showroom?
Yes, collection is possible: leave a note on the order during checkout, call the landline or email the team so the goods are not prepared for dispatch. Durovin Bathrooms has no full showroom, but smaller products can be shown on a visit to its site in Walsall.
Does Durovin Bathrooms offer discounts for trade customers?
Durovin Bathrooms refers business customers to the discounted products on its Offers page. Customers who sign up for a personal or trade account are notified when out-of-stock goods return to the range, because the shop does not accept pre-orders. The team can also order an item for you or contact you when it is back.
Which sizes do the Durovin Bathrooms interior sliding doors come in?
The interior sliding glass doors come in 3 sizes: 775mm, 900mm and 1025mm. Durovin Bathrooms offers patterns that mix clear and frosted glass. All the glass is nano-coated, the fittings are reversible, and there are 2 choices of handle plus an optional soft-close mechanism.
Which payment methods does Durovin Bathrooms accept?
Durovin Bathrooms accepts all major credit and debit cards, which are shown at the bottom of the website. You pay in full online or in person when you place the order, or on collection with clear funds. All prices include VAT, and you can request a VAT receipt by giving your order number and postcode.
Durovin Bathrooms: bathroom fittings, shower enclosures and sliding doors from Walsall
Durovin Bathrooms is a Walsall-based supplier of bathroom fixtures, furniture and accessories, run by Po Fai International Ltd. It is aimed at people remodelling a bathroom, fitting out a new home or equipping a business, and its motto is «luxury for less». The shop says its range is unique to itself, and its design team selects every item.
Alongside basins, toilets and showers, the shop has moved beyond the bathroom into interior sliding doors and glass canopies. A voucher code from save-up.co.uk makes an order on durovinbathrooms.co.uk cheaper.
The Durovin Bathrooms range from basin to canopy
The website is organised into departments that cover a complete bathroom. Basins come as wall hung, countertop, semi-recessed and freestanding pedestal units, in ceramic or stone resin, also known as cast stone. Shower enclosures come in rectangular, quadrant and pentagonal shapes, as L-shaped corner units or U-shapes, and include frameless designs.
- Basins: wall hung, countertop, semi-recessed and pedestal, in ceramic and stone resin
- Toilets: rimless wall hung, close coupled and bidet toilets
- Shower Enclosures and Shower Trays: pivot hinged, sliding and bi-fold doors, walk-in screens, ceramic or stone resin trays
- Bath, Furniture and Accessories, plus taps and waste plugs
- Interior Doors: sliding glass doors in 775mm, 900mm and 1025mm
- Canopies and complete Bathroom Suites
Bidet toilets that work without electricity
A distinctive part of the range is the bidet toilet with an integrated nozzle built into the ceramic. It runs on water pressure alone, with a manual thermostatic valve for spray intensity and temperature. Because it needs no power supply, the shop says it installs like a standard close-coupled toilet. The ceramic pieces are handmade in the traditional way, so sizes can vary by +/-2%. Durovin Bathrooms recommends professional installation, and each listing has a technical specification tab and downloadable instructions.
Delivery, returns and service at Durovin Bathrooms
Single delivery items under 20kg are delivered free in England, Wales and the Scotland Lowlands. Heavier 2-man deliveries carry postcode-based surcharges. Small items go by next day courier and heavy products by a specialised courier. Orders paid before 2pm leave the same day, and every order comes with tracking. Returns are possible within 30 days if the goods are unused and in their original packaging, but installed products, and toilet pans and seats in particular, cannot be sent back. The customer service team answers by live chat, phone and email on weekdays from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
How to save at Durovin Bathrooms
A code is entered at checkout and usually reduces the price of the goods. Before you pay, check whether your item falls within the free delivery area, because a 2-man surcharge or a £40 return fee on a large item can outweigh a small discount. The Offers page lists reduced products and is where the shop also sends business customers. A customer account saves your basket, lets you follow your order and alerts you to restocked items, and the newsletter keeps you up to date. You will find further Home & Furniture shops with voucher codes on save-up.co.uk, such as Dulux Voucher Codes, RecoSauna Discount Codes, Mirror Outlet Promo Code and OAT Home Voucher Code.
