Bed Kingdom delivers to England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands. Yes. As standard, Bed Kingdom delivers the bed and the mattress together in one shipment, even if the website shows different dates for each; the mattress is held until the bed is ready. Orders are not normally split, but if some items are in stock and others are not, you can ask for a split delivery of the in-stock items.

It depends on what you order. Mattresses are often sent with DX, and beds coming from suppliers may be delivered by BJS, AIT Home Delivery or Bed Kingdom's local van. The courier gives you an estimated delivery window the night before or early on the day. Delivery and stock dates on the website are estimates and are not guaranteed.

If you ask Bed Kingdom to collect a return, the cost depends on the weight: from £33.00 up to £63.00 for products weighing 180kg, plus £0.78 for every kg above 180kg. A missed collection is charged as well, and these amounts are deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you send the item back with an established delivery service and keep proof of sending.

Made-to-order products, built to your specifications, cannot be returned for a change of mind unless they are faulty, and products sealed for hygiene cannot be returned once unsealed. Bed Kingdom also reduces the refund if the item is not as new, its branded packaging is damaged, accessories are missing, it has been slept on or it has been partly or fully built.

A Bed Kingdom refund takes up to 14 days to process, depending on your card type, and is credited to the original payment method or to the finance provider. Returned products are inspected first, and any deductions are explained by email. With Klarna or Clearpay, you need to update the provider and check with them when the money reaches you.

The Bed Kingdom showroom at Old Delivery Office, Oldfield Lane, Heckmondwike, West Yorkshire WF16 0JD is open Monday to Thursday from 9am to 5pm and on Friday from 9am to 4pm.
