OAT Home Offers UK

OAT Home does not deliver to offshore locations or certain remote areas of the Scottish Highlands, citing logistical restrictions and uneconomical costs. Deliveries to Northern Scotland above the central belt may incur an additional surcharge depending on the product and location; any charge is calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders to these areas may also take longer than the standard estimated delivery times, so check the checkout total before you apply a code.

Yes, made-to-order items and certain other products may have longer delivery lead times, which OAT Home highlights on the product page and at checkout. Delivery dates shown are estimates, not guarantees. Once your order is passed to the delivery partner, you receive an email or text message to arrange delivery directly, so give a valid mobile number and email address at checkout.

For change-of-mind returns you pay the return shipping. You can book your own suitable courier, or OAT Home can arrange collection through its delivery partner. There is no fixed collection charge because the cost depends on the product, its size, weight and collection location; OAT Home confirms the cost first and deducts the agreed amount from your refund. Every return must be authorised via hello@oathome.co.uk with your order number.

Opening the packaging does not automatically remove your statutory cancellation rights. OAT Home supplies mattresses vacuum-packed and sealed for hygiene and asks that they stay sealed and unused wherever possible when returned. Mattresses showing signs of use, staining, damage or excessive handling may be subject to a reasonable deduction from the refund to reflect the reduced value, where the law permits it.

Contact hello@oathome.co.uk as soon as reasonably possible; OAT Home may ask for photographs. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you may reject faulty goods for a full refund within 30 days, after which repair or replacement is generally the first remedy. Within six months faults are generally presumed to have existed at delivery. Damage from incorrect assembly, misuse or normal wear and tear is not treated as a manufacturing defect.

OAT Home handles enquiries by email at hello@oathome.co.uk and aims to respond within 1 business day. Support hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Include your order number or the email address used at checkout in your message. The contact page also has a form with name, email and message fields, and gives the company address in Mildenhall, Suffolk.

Yes, OAT Home sources trend-forward designs globally and also curates handcrafted furniture made in the UK. Its site describes a range of beds and mattresses handmade in its Great Britain based OAT workshop, and the homepage features a Beds - Made In Britain collection. The company states that responsible material sourcing and ethical production are at the heart of its approach.

All prices on OAT Home are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. After ordering you get an email acknowledgement, which confirms receipt but not necessarily acceptance. For standard stocked products the contract is normally formed when OAT Home confirms dispatch; for made-to-order products acceptance may be confirmed separately before production begins. Accepted order prices are not altered without your consent.

The name OAT comes from the first initials of the founder's children's names. According to its About Us page, the brand is built on fun, creativity and real-life kid approval: the family helps pick and test products so that pieces are kid-proof and suited to a family home. The company's stated aim is stylish, quality furniture at an affordable price.

Common reasons are an expired code, a minimum spend that has not been reached or products that are excluded from the offer. Check the conditions shown with the code on this page, make sure your basket meets them, or try another current OAT Home offer. Usually only one code can be used per order, so remove any earlier code first.
