Questions about Bad Shirt Club
How much does Bad Shirt Club charge for delivery to Northern Ireland and the Highlands?
Delivery to Northern Ireland and the Highlands costs a flat £19.95 on every order, and the free delivery over £50 does not apply there. The shipping policy states that these orders usually arrive 1–2 days after dispatch, while Mainland UK orders arrive the next working day after dispatch.
When does Bad Shirt Club dispatch an order?
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day; orders placed after 2pm or at the weekend ship the next working day. You then receive an order confirmation, a shipping notification with a DHL tracking number and a delivery confirmation once the parcel lands.
Does Bad Shirt Club ship outside the UK?
Mostly not: the shop ships its range within the UK only. The exception is print-on-demand items such as Stag Tees, which are fulfilled globally. For these, production takes about 2–7 business days, and delivery to the rest of the world takes 3–30 business days depending on location, as shown in the shipping calculator at checkout.
How do I return an order to Bad Shirt Club?
Email info@badshirt.club within 14 days of receiving your order; if it is eligible, the return address is sent to you by email. Pack the items unworn and in their original packaging, add a note with your order number and use a tracked service, because the shop cannot be held responsible for untracked parcels. Return postage is paid by you.
How long does a Bad Shirt Club refund take?
Allow up to 14 working days from the date Bad Shirt Club receives your returned items and checks their condition. The original shipping costs are not refunded. If your order included a free gift, it must be returned with the purchased items, otherwise its value is deducted from your refund.
Can I return print-on-demand items from Bad Shirt Club?
No, print-on-demand T-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts are made to order and fall under the made-to-order exception in UK consumer law. They cannot be returned if you change your mind or order the wrong size. If such an item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, the shop still sorts it out.
Which payment methods does Bad Shirt Club accept?
Bad Shirt Club takes payments only through Stripe, which accepts major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Stripe is PCI DSS compliant and uses encryption and fraud detection, and the shop does not store your payment information on its own servers.
How does the Bad Shirt Club subscription work?
The subscription sends you a bad shirt monthly or bi-monthly; you find it under Subscription in the shop menu. A customer review on the homepage reports that, since a subscription taken out in November 2024, a package has arrived 2 days after each payment confirmation.
How can I get a free shirt from Bad Shirt Club?
Through the Share While you Wear scheme: take photos or videos in your Bad Shirt Club clothing, post them and invite the brand as a collaborator. Once your post reaches 30 likes, Bad Shirt Club sends you a free bad shirt.
Who operates Bad Shirt Club?
Bad Shirt Club is run by Bad Limited, registered company number 15081861, with its registered office at Archdeacons House, Northgate Street, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 3BX. Its terms state that all prices are listed in GBP including VAT and that payment is taken when the order is placed.
Do Bad Shirt Club gift cards expire?
No, the gift cards have zero expiration and are redeemable on any item across the site, from shirts to blazers and accessories. You choose an amount between £10 and £500 and can have it emailed instantly, which suits last-minute presents.
Bad Shirt Club: loud party shirts that raise mental health awareness
Bad Shirt Club is a UK clothing brand for anyone who wants to stand out at a stag do, a festival, a golf day or a team night out. It sells deliberately outrageous shirts, polo shirts, blazers and bucket hats, and ties every sale to raising awareness and funds for mental health charities.
Orders are placed online at badshirt.club and shipped within the UK by DHL. A voucher code from save-up.co.uk makes your order cheaper, and the list above shows which offers are currently running.
A range built on bold prints
The shop groups its clothing by garment, so you can pick one print and find it on different pieces. Best sellers on the homepage include designs with flamingos, mushrooms, unicorns and space themes, alongside golf, rugby and F1 polo shirts. The terms point out that the same design can vary slightly in shade between a shirt, a blazer and a bucket hat, because each product is made from different materials and dyed separately.
- Shirts, polo shirts and T-shirts
- Sweatshirts and shorts
- Blazers and ties
- Bucket hats and sunglasses
- Accessories and gift cards
Delivery, returns and payment
Every order travels with DHL Next Day Delivery and is tracked to your door, with photo proof of delivery and the option to rearrange if you are out. Mainland UK orders above £50 ship free; Northern Ireland and the Highlands pay a fixed rate whatever the basket value. Parcels arrive in fully recycled packaging and are insured via DHL.
Returns start with an email to the shop within the 14-day window, and you pay the postage back. Made-to-order print-on-demand pieces are excluded from change-of-mind returns, so check the size guide first. Card payments run through Stripe only.
How to save at Bad Shirt Club
A code is entered at checkout and works best on full-price items, because fashion codes often exclude products that are already reduced; the Sale section is worth comparing first. If you buy regularly, the subscription delivers a shirt monthly or bi-monthly, and the Share While you Wear scheme gives you a free shirt once a tagged collaboration post reaches 30 likes. Gift cards without expiry suit presents, and topping a basket up to £50 saves the Mainland UK delivery charge.

A clothing brand with a mental health mission
Bad Shirt Club refocused its brand on mental health awareness after a loss to suicide in May 2022. The idea behind the designs is that a loud shirt starts conversations, and conversations can save lives. The brand says it donates a large portion of its profits to mental health charities, began fundraising with Suffolk Mind in April 2023 and helped fund that charity's mental health helpline in January 2025.
- March 2020: foundation of the brand
- November 2020: first order
- June 2022: partnership with fulfilment company Anchor Storage
- August 2023: designs with agency GLO
- July 2024: launch of bucket hats
