Questions about Kaiia the Label
How long do I have to return items to Kaiia the Label?
You have 28 days from receipt to return an item for a full refund. The item must be in its original, unused condition. Kaiia the Label does not exchange items, so if you need a different size you return the item for a refund and place a new order. Lingerie and swimwear must come back with the hygiene sticker still in place, otherwise the refund is refused.
What does a return to Kaiia the Label cost?
A UK return costs £2.50 for a Royal Mail label. You generate the label through the ZigZag returns portal linked on the Kaiia return policy page. Before sending, cover all old labels on the outside of the parcel and keep the proof of postage receipt, as it protects you if the parcel gets lost in transit.
How quickly does Kaiia the Label refund a return?
Kaiia the Label processes the refund within 10 working days of receiving the returned item. The money goes back to your original payment method, and you receive an email notification once the refund has been processed. If you used a voucher code, the refund covers the price you actually paid for the item.
Does Kaiia the Label deliver outside the UK?
Yes. Kaiia the Label accepts orders from individuals in the UK and the European Economic Area, and from other countries where possible, including the USA and Asia. When ordering you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into binding contracts and resident in one of the serviced countries.
How do international returns to Kaiia the Label work?
You pay the postage yourself and send the item to Studio House, 40 Invar Road, Swinton, Manchester, M27 9HF. The item must be unworn, in its original packaging and returned within 28 days from delivery. Include the returns form from the parcel, or a covering letter with your order number and what you require. Kaiia refunds the item only.
When is my order with Kaiia the Label actually accepted?
Only when Kaiia the Label sends the dispatch confirmation. The first email after you order merely acknowledges receipt and does not mean acceptance. Your order is processed once payment has been received in full, and Kaiia may refuse any order. The contract covers only the products named in the dispatch confirmation.
How long can delivery from Kaiia the Label take?
Your order is fulfilled by the delivery date in the dispatch confirmation or, if none is given, within 30 days of that confirmation, barring exceptional circumstances. If your order includes a pre-order item, Kaiia the Label ships everything in one parcel once that item is in stock. Order other items separately if you want them sooner.
Can I cancel an order at Kaiia the Label?
Yes. As a consumer you may cancel the contract within seven days, beginning on the day after you received the products, and you receive a full refund of the price paid in line with the returns policy. Mistakes may be corrected by telephone before the order is processed; after processing, the order cannot be amended.
Why is my Kaiia the Label voucher code not working?
Usually because the code has expired, a minimum spend has not been reached or the products are excluded from the offer. Items that are already reduced are often excluded. Check the conditions of the code or try another current offer on this page; normally only one code can be used per order.
How can I contact Kaiia the Label?
Through the form on the Kaiia contact page, after checking whether the FAQs already answer your query. The contact page gives the address Kaiia The Label, Studio House, 40 Invar Road, Manchester, M27 9HF, United Kingdom, and the terms list support@kaiiathelabel.com as the email address.
Kaiia the Label: Manchester loungewear and athleisure for everyday wear
Kaiia the Label is a women's clothing brand from Manchester that designs loungewear and athleisure for real life, from relaxed mornings at home to errands and catching up with friends. The range centres on oversized hoodies, wide leg joggers, sweatshirts and matching sets, sold directly on kaiiathelabel.com in UK sizes.
If you like coordinated sets in muted colours and relaxed fits, Kaiia is worth a look, and a voucher code from save-up.co.uk can make your order cheaper before you check out.
Tracksuits, hoodies and joggers in matching sets
Most Kaiia pieces are designed as pairs: an oversized hoodie or sweatshirt with wide leg joggers in the same colourway, such as Light Grey Marl, Oatmeal Marl, Bitter Chocolate or Midnight Teal. The New In collection alone lists 668 products, and individual prices on the site run from a fitted long sleeve top to jackets in brushed wool or faux fur. Hoodies and joggers are cut in UK sizes 4 to 18, jackets in XS to L.
- Tracksuits and Women's Curve Fit Collection
- Hoodies: cropped, zip up and oversized
- Joggers: wide leg, cuffed and short length, plus leggings
- Athleisure, Sculpt Athleisure, sports bras and gym jumpsuits
- Tops: oversized T-shirts and crop tops

A young label built around its community
Kaiia was founded in Manchester in 2022 and began with oversized hoodies and staple sets. In 2023 the OG tracksuits became fan favourites, and late that year the brand started TikTok Lives to talk to customers in real time. The brand calls 2024 its biggest year so far: it opened with Mon Cheri, its first major activation, went on an influencer trip to Ibiza in April and held its first community event in August. Collections such as Cuffing Season, Oh Darling, On The Slopes and Running Club followed, each released as a themed drop.
Ordering, delivery and returns at Kaiia
Kaiia accepts orders from the UK, the European Economic Area and, where possible, further countries including the USA and Asia; you need to be at least 18. Payment is taken by credit or debit card, and the contract only comes into being once Kaiia sends the dispatch confirmation. Orders containing a pre-order item are shipped together when that item arrives in stock.
Returns are refund only, within 28 days and in unused condition. In the UK you print a ZigZag label for Royal Mail at £2.50; from abroad you pay the postage to the Swinton studio yourself. Refunds reach your original payment method within 10 working days.
How to keep your Kaiia order cheaper
Standard delivery is free above £70, so a voucher code works best on a full set rather than a single piece, as long as the discounted total still clears the threshold. Kaiia also runs a Sale section with reduced hoodies, joggers, leggings, tops, shorts and curve styles; codes often exclude items that are already reduced, so compare both before you decide. The newsletter promises early news of new collections and exclusive offers, and the menu links to a Rewards page.
