Questions about Wilna Kitchen
Does Wilna Kitchen deliver outside the United Kingdom?
Yes, Wilna Kitchen ships to select destinations outside the UK, including the Channel Islands and international locations. For every order dispatched outside the UK, the recipient alone is responsible for local customs duties, import taxes or carrier brokerage fees charged by the destination. Transit times vary with the destination and customs clearance, and you receive tracking information as soon as the order leaves the fulfilment centre.
Will I pay customs fees on a Wilna Kitchen order within the UK?
No unexpected domestic fees should arise. Wilna Kitchen states that all merchandise bought through its UK webshop is cleared for free circulation across the UK, so the order arrives without domestic customs delays or surprise fees. Listed prices already include VAT for customers residing in the UK, and standard shipping within the United Kingdom is free on all orders.
Who pays for returning a Wilna Kitchen item?
You do. Wilna Kitchen's 30-day money-back guarantee runs from the date of purchase, but customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return, so keep your order confirmation until you are sure you want to keep the cookware.
Does Wilna Kitchen exchange items I simply do not like?
No. Wilna Kitchen only replaces items that are defective or damaged on arrival. Because the cookware is crafted by hand, items may occasionally show very minor blemishes; the shop describes these as normal and says they do not affect cooking performance. If you are not satisfied for other reasons, the 30-day money-back guarantee is the route to use.
What should I do if my Wilna Kitchen refund has not arrived?
First check your bank account again, then contact your credit card issuer and your bank, as processing times vary before a refund posts. If you have done both and still have not received the money, Wilna Kitchen asks you to contact its support team, for example through the contact form on wilnacookware.com.
How does the Wilna Kitchen price match guarantee work?
It covers price drops on wilnacookware.com only, for 14 days after your purchase: if an item you bought becomes cheaper on the site in that period, Wilna Kitchen refunds the difference. It does not match prices of third-party sellers or external retailers, and it does not apply to free promotional deals.
What does Wilna Kitchen sell?
Wilna Kitchen sells exclusive cookware: hybrid pots, pans and woks, Japanese Damascus steel knife sets, cutting boards, plates, kitchen tools, grinders and trivets. Bestsellers on the homepage include the 7 pc WILNA Hybrid Cookware Set with Lids & Wok, the WILNA Hybrid Pot Set 6 PC, a 9-piece kitchen utensil set and the 4 pc Bistecca Plate Set at £89.00.
How can I contact Wilna Kitchen?
Wilna Kitchen's contact page offers a form with the fields Name, Email (required), Phone and Comment. The Terms of Use also give the operator's email address, info@brandaccess.com, and the postal address of Brand Access, LLC at 900 High Street, Palo Alto, CA 94301. No telephone number is published on the pages read.
When were the Wilna Kitchen Terms of Use last updated?
The Terms of Use of wilnacookware.com show «Last Updated: 07/22/2026». Brand Access, LLC says it announces changes by updating this date and that continued use of the site after revised terms are posted means you accept them, so check the date before each order.
Why might a Wilna Kitchen voucher code not work?
Common reasons are an expired code, a minimum spend that has not been reached or products excluded from the offer. At Wilna Kitchen a second code will also fail, as only one discount code can be applied per order. Check the conditions of the code or try another current offer on this page.
Wilna Kitchen: hybrid cookware and Damascus steel knives for your kitchen
Wilna Kitchen, the webshop at wilnacookware.com, presents itself as a source of exclusive cookware. It suits home cooks who want matching sets rather than single pieces: hybrid pots and pans, woks, Japanese Damascus steel knives, cutting boards, plates and small kitchen tools. Prices are shown in pounds and include VAT for UK customers.
Because UK standard delivery is already free, a voucher code from save-up.co.uk works directly on the price of the goods and makes your Wilna Kitchen order cheaper.
The Wilna Kitchen range from hybrid pans to grinders
The shop's menu splits the range into clear collections, and many products come as sets. Among the bestsellers are the 7 pc WILNA Hybrid Cookware Set with Lids & Wok, the WILNA Hybrid Pot Set 6 PC, a hybrid roasting and cutting board set and a carving and roasting set. Single items such as tempered glass lids in 20, 25 and 30 cm let you extend pans you already own.
- Hybrid Cookware & Knives: pot sets, fry pans, pans and woks
- Knives: Japanese Damascus steel steak and chef's knife sets, one with a magnetic knife block
- Plates and Kitchen Tools: the 4 pc Bistecca Plate Set, a 9-piece utensil set, mixing and storage bowls
- Grinder, Trivets and Apron: WILNA Mill pepper and salt grinders, a silicone trivet set
- Bundles and Merchandise: combined sets and branded items
A cocktail shaker made in collaboration with Still G.I.N.
One product stands outside the classic cookware range: under the menu item Shaker, Wilna Kitchen sells a cocktail shaker designed in collaboration with Still G.I.N. The shop describes it as mixing its engineering skill with the partner's sense of style, for anything from gin and juice to an icy-cold martini. If you are buying a gift alongside knives or a grinder, it sits in the same basket and benefits from the same free UK delivery.
Delivery, returns and handmade finish
Within the United Kingdom, standard shipping is free on all orders and goods are cleared for free circulation, so no domestic customs fees should appear. The shop also ships to the Channel Islands and selected international destinations, where the recipient pays local duties and taxes. You get tracking details once the parcel leaves the fulfilment centre.
Returns run under a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase; you pay the return postage and need proof of purchase. Replacements are given only for defective or damaged items, and because the cookware is made by hand, very minor blemishes are described as normal.
How to save at Wilna Kitchen
Wilna Kitchen accepts one discount code per order, so compare the codes on this page and pick the one with the biggest effect on your basket. Sets are the obvious place for a code, as several items are covered by a single deduction. After you buy, the 14-day price match guarantee protects you if the same item becomes cheaper on wilnacookware.com; it does not cover free promotional deals or other retailers' prices. Look out for products marked Sale on the homepage, such as the 6 pc knife set with magnetic block shown below its regular price.
