When you pick up your parcel, you need to bring proof of ID. This option suits you if nobody is at home during the day to accept a parcel.
What condition must items be in for a Saltrock return?
Items must be returned to Saltrock in a new, unworn condition with the original packaging to get a full refund or an exchange where possible. You have 30 days from receipt of your parcel, but sale items only 14 days after purchase. Items returned without a receipt can be exchanged in store at the current selling price. Your statutory rights are not affected.
How do I return a Saltrock order for free?
Saltrock offers two free ways to return orders placed on its website. You can take items to any Saltrock store within 30 days with your order confirmation or proof of purchase, or send them from a UK address via Royal Mail's Tracked Returns service. How long does a Saltrock refund take?
Saltrock aims to issue refunds within 7-10 working days of receiving your return in its returns department. During busy periods, this may take longer. If a faulty item cannot be replaced with the exact same item, the refund is also issued within 7-10 working days. Can I exchange a Saltrock item for another size?
Yes, where possible Saltrock exchanges items for a different size of the same product via its free returns service. Make a note on the returns form that came with your delivery. You receive a confirmation email when the replacement is on its way. If the replacement is not available, Saltrock issues a refund instead.

Saltrock discount codes for online orders are not valid for accessories, paddleboards, bodyboards, SUPs, balance boards, surfboards, skimboards, ponchos, wetsuits, changing robes and gift cards. Can I return a Saltrock TikTok Shop order to a store?
No, Saltrock store returns and the Royal Mail returns portal are only available for orders placed directly with Saltrock. If you bought through TikTok Shop, you start the return in your TikTok Shop account via your order history. TikTok Shop then provides the applicable returns process and instructions, and refund or exchange requests also go through TikTok Shop.
