Where does NOMO deliver?
NOMO ships within the UK only. The shipping page says it currently cannot deliver to the Scottish Highlands or the Channel Islands, and asks you to allow an extra day for Northern Ireland and remote areas. Note that the NOMO FAQ page also lists Northern Ireland among the places it cannot ship to, so if you live there, check at checkout or ask hello@nomochoc.com before ordering.
How long does NOMO delivery take?
Standard delivery via Evri takes 3-5 working days after dispatch, and NOMO aims to dispatch on the same working day. If you order before 3pm and choose Next Day Delivery for £7.99, DPD delivers the next working day. Orders placed over a weekend are despatched on the next working day, taking bank holidays into account, and peak periods can slow things down.
Can I track my NOMO order?
Yes, through the links in your confirmation email or text message. Next Day orders go via DPD's tracked service, while the shipping page describes Evri Standard as not a tracked service. If you have waited longer than 5 business days for your parcel, NOMO asks you to contact hello@nomochoc.com, where the team will help.
