Questions about Foreo
How do I submit a warranty claim at Foreo?
You file the claim on foreo.com, not in the app. Log in, open «My profile», choose «Warranty Claim» and click «Claim» next to the device concerned. Fill in the form and send a video that clearly shows the problem. Customer Care then sends you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Shipping costs for the return are nonrefundable.
How do I register a Foreo device for the warranty?
You register the number on the bottom of the device or on its package in the REGISTER PRODUCT section of your FOREO account. Depending on the model, you can also scan the barcode or pair the device via Bluetooth. Keep the original purchase receipt and the serial number for the whole warranty period, as claims need evidence that they fall within it.
Which Foreo products and damage does the warranty not cover?
The warranty does not apply to the play range, LUNA™ fofo and FOREO For EveryOne devices. It also excludes cosmetic deterioration from fair wear and tear and damage from accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart the device or its accessories voids the warranty. If a limited edition is discontinued, you may receive the same model in a different colour or design.
How long does Foreo delivery take?
It depends on the country your order is shipped to, and the expected delivery time is shown on foreo.com when you place the order. It can vary with location and promotion periods. The estimate counts the working days needed for delivery from the moment the parcel is handed to the courier. You can check the order status by logging in to your account.
How can I track a Foreo order?
You track it with the tracking number Foreo emails you once the order has shipped, on the website of the shipping company. Before that, your account shows the order as «completed» once it is confirmed and verified. For some countries Foreo also needs a TAX ID before shipping, because without it the parcel cannot pass customs.
Who can buy food supplements from Foreo?
Only individuals aged 18 or over, for personal, non-commercial use. By buying you confirm that you have read the health and safety information and do not belong to an excluded group such as pregnant or breastfeeding women. FAQ Sweden AB, Karlavagen 41, 114 31 Stockholm, Sweden, acts as the EU Food Business Operator for these products.
Where does the name Foreo come from?
The name comes from «FOR EveryOne». The story of FOREO says the idea was inspired by the song «Heaven For Everyone» and stands for its mission to tear down labels and inspire everyone to be themselves. The company's story started in Sweden, and it describes its LUNA™ as the world's first soft silicone facial cleansing brush.
What is the difference between the Foreo FAQ™ 202 and FAQ™ 202 plus?
The FAQ™ 202 plus has 634 LED light points instead of 600, including 9 additional LED bulbs in the forehead diamond aimed at frown lines. It also has 50% higher light intensity around the eyes, protected by a gold frame. Both are wireless silicone masks, and the FAQ™ 202 uses 3 wavelengths, including near-infrared and red light.
What is the Foreo 6-minute routine?
It is FOREO's at-home skincare ritual of four devices. You cleanse with LUNA™, which the company says removes 99.5% of impurities, then use UFO™ for a 2-minute spa facial with mask ingredients. BEAR™ lifts the skin on face and neck, and IRIS™ finishes by depuffing the area under the eyes.
How do I contact Foreo customer care?
The contact page lists customercare@foreo.com for North American customers, with working hours Monday to Friday from 8AM to 4:30PM. For warranty matters, the faster route is the warranty claim form in your FOREO account on foreo.com, as Customer Care then sends the RMA number and return instructions.
Foreo: beauty-tech devices for your skincare routine at home
Foreo is a beauty-tech brand whose story started in Sweden and whose name comes from «FOR EveryOne». Its shop at foreo.com, managed by FAQ Europe d.o.o., sells beauty devices, skincare products and food supplements. It suits you if you want to move parts of a salon routine into your bathroom: silicone facial cleansing brushes, LED face masks, microcurrent toning, IPL hair removal and teeth whitening.
Prices for UK deliveries already include VAT, so the amount at checkout is what you pay. A voucher code from save-up.co.uk makes your order on foreo.com cheaper.
The Foreo range from facial cleansing to oral care
The shop is organised by skin concern rather than by product type, so you can start from what you want to improve. Next to the devices there are serums, cleansers and primers that pair with them, a Supplements section and a section for Men. Bundles combine a device with its matching product, for example the LUNA™ 4 with the LUNA™ Micro-Foam Cleanser 2.0.
- Facial cleansing: LUNA™ 5 LED and LUNA™ 4 go for the travel or gym bag
- Specialized treatments: PEACH™ 2 IPL hair removal, ESPADA™ 2 acne device, KIWI™ blackhead remover
- Body and eye care: BEAR™ 2 body and BEAR™ 2 eyes & lips microcurrent devices
- Hair care: FAQ™ 302 laser & LED scalp massager and FLIP™ plus detangling brush
FAQ™ Swiss LED masks with up to 634 light points
The FAQ™ line is where Foreo goes furthest. The FDA-cleared FAQ™ 202 is a wireless mask of flexi-fit silicone with an open eye and mouth design, 600 LED light points and 3 wavelengths, including near-infrared and red light. Foreo says its engineers scanned over 10,000 faces to make it fit every face shape. It is USB rechargeable and comes with its own display case.
The FAQ™ 202 plus adds 9 LED bulbs in the forehead diamond for 634 points and 50% higher light intensity around the eyes behind a gold frame. Pre-set routines, including a 5-minute quick-fix, run through the FAQ™ Swiss app, and related masks treat the hands (FAQ™ 221) and neck and décolleté (FAQ™ 211).
Your FOREO account for orders, returns and warranty
Much of the after-sales service runs through your FOREO account. The expected delivery time appears when you order, counted in working days from handover to the courier, and a tracking number arrives by email once the parcel ships. If you change your mind, unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund; opened boxes are not taken back.
For the 2-year warranty (3 years in Spain, Portugal and Sweden) you register the serial number in the account, and claims are filed on foreo.com rather than in the app, with a video of the fault. Foreo handles post-sale care with 13 logistic centres around the world.
How to save at Foreo
Foreo's special offers are valid on the specified dates at foreo.com only, exclusions may apply and they cannot be exchanged for cash. If an item is offered free of charge with shipping costs only, you may take one free item per promotion period. Bundles of a device and its matching serum or cleanser are listed with their own reduced price, and the homepage banner names free shipping over 199 USD, so check whether your basket reaches it before you enter a code.
For other purchases in the same category, save-up.co.uk also lists Percy and Reed Voucher Codes, Garden Of Life Discount Codes, a Simply Supplements Promo Code and a Pharmacy Online Voucher Code as further «Health & Beauty» shops.
