Can I exchange a Fila item for a different size?
Yes, for the same item in a different size you email support@fila.co.uk and send the item to the Fila returns address in Southend-on-Sea. Otherwise Fila only replaces items that are defective or damaged. Repack the item in its original packaging and make sure the label covers your own name and address if you reuse the original shipping box, so the parcel is not returned to you.
