Questions about The Regal Mutt
How long does delivery from The Regal Mutt take?
Standard delivery takes 2-3 working days. The Regal Mutt sends standard orders by Royal Mail Second Class at no charge on all orders. If you need your treats sooner, you can choose Royal Mail First Class for £1.66 at checkout. Both options apply to mainland UK addresses only, as the shop does not deliver elsewhere.
Does The Regal Mutt deliver outside mainland UK?
No. The Regal Mutt states that it delivers to mainland UK addresses only. If your delivery address is not on the UK mainland, check with the shop by phone on 01446 731209 or by email at woof@regalmutt.com before you order, because the delivery page does not list any other destinations or delivery options.
Can I return an order from The Regal Mutt?
In some cases you can change your mind and get a full refund up to 14 days after receiving your products, as the terms explain with reference to the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If goods are faulty, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 entitles you to a refund for up to 30 days. The return cost is not stated, so ask the shop before sending anything back.
How does the The Regal Mutt subscription save money?
A monthly subscription saves 5% on the products that offer it. The product listings show the option as «or subscribe and save 5%», for example on the 1kg bags of chicken chews, Toothbrush Chews, Himalayan Yak Chews and the 1 litre Salmon Oil. For treats your dog uses every month, this standing saving can add up more than a one-off code.
What kind of treats does The Regal Mutt sell?
The Regal Mutt sells natural dog treats, chews and health supplements. According to the homepage, they are made from high-quality meat, grain-free, free from artificial additives and selected to be hypoallergenic and gentle on sensitive stomachs. Types include meaty snacks, chewy twists and rawhide, dumbbells, Himalayan Yak Chews, Muttbrush dental chews, ostrich bones and vegetable chews.
Are there smaller packs at The Regal Mutt to try first?
Yes. The best sellers at The Regal Mutt are the 1kg value packs, but the shop also sells smaller packs of natural treats and chews so your dog can try them first. That way you can test a new chew before committing to a 1kg bag or a monthly subscription that saves 5%.
How can I contact The Regal Mutt?
You can call The Regal Mutt on 01446 731209, email woof@regalmutt.com or use the enquiry form on the contact page. The shop says it replies to messages within 24 hours during the working week, Monday to Friday. The postal address is The Regal Mutt Limited, Cardiff House, Cardiff Road, Vale of Glamorgan, CF63 2AW.
Which charities does The Regal Mutt support?
The Regal Mutt supports small UK dog rescue charities, including Flori's Friends Rescue in Kent, The Pet Food Bank Service, Pug Life Rescue, Shad's Legacy, Hope Rescue and The Rescue Hotel at Cardiff Dogs Home. Pug Life Rescue received £500 for a rescue dog's spinal surgery. Customers can suggest charities via Facebook, Instagram or email.
Can I sell The Regal Mutt products in my own shop?
Yes, you can apply. The Regal Mutt says it is stocked by over 30 shops across the UK and welcomes applications to become a stockist. The site menu has a Trade section with an «Apply to become a stockist» page, and the terms contain a separate part for business-to-business purchases.
Why is my The Regal Mutt voucher code not accepted?
The usual reasons are an expired code, a minimum spend that has not been reached or products excluded from the offer. Check the conditions shown with the code on this page, then try another current offer. Some codes apply only to a first order, so for regular orders the subscription may be the better choice.
The Regal Mutt: natural dog chews and treats from a Welsh family business
The Regal Mutt is a small family business based in Wales that sells natural dog treats, chews and health supplements online. It grew out of a search for natural, healthy treats for the owners' own dogs, and today it is aimed at dog owners who want meat-based chews without artificial additives, often bought in larger packs for everyday use.
Most of the range comes in 1kg value bags, with smaller packs for trying something new. Standard delivery to mainland UK is free on every order, and a voucher code from save-up.co.uk can make your order cheaper on top.
Chews, dental treats and supplements sorted by protein
The range is built around four categories, and the shop also lets you browse by protein, which helps if your dog does better on one type of meat. The treats are described as grain-free, made from high-quality meat and selected to be hypoallergenic and gentle on sensitive stomachs. Among the types listed are meaty snacks, chewy twists and rawhide, dumbbells, Himalayan Yak Chews in plain and flavoured versions, Muttbrush dental chews, ostrich bones and vegetable chews.
- Dog Chews: 117 products
- Dog Dental Treats: 97 products, for example Toothbrush Chews in 1kg bags
- Dog Treats & Snacks: 28 products, such as chicken fillets and chewy twists
- Dog Supplements: 2 products, including Salmon Oil in a 1 litre bottle with pump
- Shop by protein: beef, chicken, deer, duck, fish and ostrich
Free delivery on every order and a subscription option
You do not need to reach a minimum spend for free delivery: standard orders go by Royal Mail Second Class in 2-3 working days at no charge. If you run out of chews sooner than planned, Royal Mail First Class costs £1.66. Deliveries are limited to mainland UK addresses.
For products you reorder anyway, the Subscriptions section sets up a monthly delivery that saves 5%. Questions about an order can go to the team by phone, email or enquiry form, with replies within 24 hours from Monday to Friday.
How to save at The Regal Mutt
The simplest saving is the pack size: the shop presents its 1kg bags as its best sellers and as the cost-effective way to buy. On top of that, the monthly subscription saves 5%, which suits food and chews your dog gets through every month. A voucher code from this page is entered in the voucher or promo code field in the basket or at checkout; usually only one code works per order, and some apply only to a first order, so compare a one-off code with the subscription before you decide.
If you shop for other pets or accessories too, save-up.co.uk lists further Pet Supplies shops with voucher codes, such as Viovet Voucher Codes, ePaws Discount Codes, tails Promo Code and Buddylicious Voucher Code.
Every order supports small UK dog charities
What sets The Regal Mutt apart is its charity programme. Thanks to its customers, the company has donated over £46,000 to small UK dog charities and rescue centres, and it now gives £500 every month to an independent UK dog charity. Nominations open each month on Facebook and Instagram, and you can also suggest a charity by email. One donation of £500 helped Pug Life Rescue fund spinal surgery for a rescue dog that has since found a home.
