Questions about Buddylicious
When is delivery free at Buddylicious?
Delivery is free on all orders over £25, as the Buddylicious homepage states. The shop's pages do not give a delivery price for smaller orders, so check the shipping charge at checkout before you pay. If you are slightly below the threshold, a low-priced pack from the treat range can lift your basket over £25 and may make more difference than a small voucher saving on its own.
How quickly does Buddylicious deliver in the UK?
UK delivery takes 2-3 working days. Buddylicious aims to ship orders within 24 hours on work days, always with tracked delivery. If you need an order by a certain date, the shop asks you to call and says it will make every effort to accommodate you. Orders to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles may incur an additional shipping fee.
What is the Buddylicious returns policy?
Buddylicious accepts returns of faulty or incorrect products in the original packaging within 14 days of the date you received them, and then issues a full refund of the price paid. You pay the return postage yourself unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. Returns should go by a Tracked and Signed For service, as the shop accepts no liability for parcels lost in transit.
Where do I send a Buddylicious return?
Returns go to Buddylicious, Tec Pac Solutions Ltd, Unit 20, Arkwright Hill Farm Industrial Estate, Lutterworth Road, Nr Cosby, Leicester, LE91RH. Pack the item in its original packaging and use a Tracked and Signed For service, because Buddylicious cannot accept liability for products lost in transit. The return must be within 14 days of the date you received the item.
When should I order from Buddylicious for Christmas 2026?
Place your order by 12pm on 22nd December 2026 to receive it in time for Christmas. The warehouse runs on reduced hours and days over the festive period, so later orders may take longer to be dispatched. Buddylicious also closes on UK bank holidays; orders placed during closures are dispatched within 1–2 working days once it reopens. Returns continue as normal.
Is Buddylicious a UK company?
Yes. The Buddylicious FAQ says its head office is based in Oxfordshire and that it has 2 warehouse locations, both in the UK. This matches the terms and conditions, which list PJ Pet Products Ltd at an address in Sutton Courtenay, Abingdon. For you this means orders are dispatched from within the UK with UK delivery times of 2-3 working days.
Are Buddylicious treats organic?
Buddylicious does not call its treats organic. Its FAQ explains that it is very sure most treats are organic, but it would have to prove that the animals never encountered any non-organic influences, which can only be guaranteed in fenced-off areas. The FAQ also advises storing all treats in a cool, dry place to keep the best possible quality.
What chews does Buddylicious sell?
Buddylicious sells wooden chews and Himalayan yak cheese chews. The wood is sourced sustainably as a by-product of the natural management of olive and coffee wood groves. The yak cheese chews are described as hard-wearing and low fat, originally used as a slow-release protein snack for sherpas. The product collection lists the Coffee Wood Stick from £7.00 and the Olive Wood Stick with 68 reviews.
How much do Buddylicious gift boxes cost?
The Buddylicious gift boxes cost between £12.00 and £21.00 in the product collection. The Dog Treats Gift Box - Red Theme is £12.00, the Farmyard Theme is £13.50 and the Dog Theme is £21.00. A Wild Animal Theme box is also listed. Together with the bundles, such as Chew & Chill from £19.00, they are the shop's options for giving treats as a present.
How can I contact Buddylicious?
You contact Buddylicious through the contact form on its Contact Us page, where you enter your name, email, the topic of your enquiry and your message. Over the Christmas period replies may be slower than usual while the team takes time off; the page says normality returns on January 4th. Retailers who want to stock the products are also asked to use this page.
Who runs the Buddylicious shop?
Buddylicious is run by PJ Pet Products Ltd, which owns the website buddylicious.com and uses Buddylicious as its trading name. The company's address is 55 High Street, Sutton Courtenay, Abingdon, OX14 4AT, United Kingdom. Its terms and conditions apply from your first use of the website and are the binding rules for every order you place there.
Can shops stock Buddylicious products?
Yes, through Faire. The Buddylicious homepage says it is a Top Shop rated seller on Faire and invites retailers to browse its full range there, alongside the hundreds of retailers that already buy from it. For private buyers this has no effect on voucher codes; codes from this page are meant for orders placed directly on buddylicious.com.
Buddylicious: natural dog treats and chews from a UK company
Buddylicious is a UK shop for natural dog treats, run by PJ Pet Products Ltd from a head office in Oxfordshire. It suits owners who want rewards for training and everyday treating that are made from meat, fish and simple ingredients; the shop describes its products as hypoallergenic, gluten-free and GMO-free. Next to dried and semi-moist treats it sells wooden and antler chews, gift boxes and bundles.
The idea came from its founders' own dogs, a pointer and a vizsla: high-value rewards that keep a dog's attention without filling it up, and that fit in a pocket without smelling. With a voucher code from save-up.co.uk your order at buddylicious.com becomes cheaper.
The Buddylicious range by type, flavour, stage and need
The shop sorts its treats in four ways, so you can search by product type, by flavour, by the age of your dog or by a particular need. Prices in the collection start from £5.50 for Dried Sea Sprats and Pork Crunchies, while the Puppy Complete Bundle costs £42.00. The semi-moist Serrano Treats are soft and easy to portion, which is why the shop recommends them for training.
- Types: dried treats, semi-moist treats, chew sticks, gifting and bundles
- Flavours: chicken, turkey, fish, wild, beef and pork
- Stages: puppy, adult and senior
- Needs: dental health, training, calming and sensitive digestion
- Products named: Wild Deer Cubes, Wild Boar Cubes, Beef Strips, Chicken Strips, Dried Cod Skin Cubes and Strips, Deer Antler Chews
Delivery, returns and payment from UK warehouses
Buddylicious ships from 2 UK warehouse locations and aims to send orders within 24 hours on work days, always tracked. UK delivery takes 2-3 working days, and delivery is free on orders over £25. Some areas, such as the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands, may incur an extra fee. Faulty or incorrect items can go back in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, sent by a Tracked and Signed For service to the returns address in Leicester. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard or PayPal.
How to save at Buddylicious
The free delivery threshold of £25 is the first saving: if your basket is close, a small pack is often worth adding. The shop's treat bundles are labelled «Save in bundle», for example Back to the Wild from £18.00 or Chew & Chill from £19.00, and a voucher code from this page can make such an order cheaper still. The newsletter promises the latest updates and exclusive promotions. Usually only one code works per order, so compare the codes listed here in your basket.
If you shop for other animals or other products, save-up.co.uk also lists further Pet Supplies shops with voucher codes, among them Zooplus Voucher Codes, tails Discount Codes, Petlibro Promo Code and Parrot Essentials Voucher Code.
Chews from sustainable olive and coffee wood
One part of the range follows the shop's natural approach beyond meat treats. The wooden chew sticks come from sustainable wood that is a by-product of managing olive and coffee wood groves. The Olive Wood Stick is the most reviewed product in the collection with 68 reviews, and the Coffee Wood Stick starts from £7.00. Alongside these, Buddylicious sells hard-wearing, low-fat Himalayan yak cheese chews and deer antler chews in easy and hard versions, from £8.00. Store all treats in a cool, dry place, as the FAQ advises.
