Questions about Spoiled Brat
What does Spoiled Brat sell?
Spoiled Brat sells women's fashion with a focus on American brands that are hard to find in the UK, alongside cult British labels. The collections centre on Y2K fashion, statement streetwear, high-quality hoodies and loungewear, and US brands that went viral on TikTok and Instagram. Trend edits cover 90s fashion, Y2K clothing and streetwear, and examples on the homepage include Spiritual Gangster crop tanks, joggers and leggings.
How long does Spoiled Brat take to deliver in the UK?
Standard UK delivery with Evri takes 2 to 5 working days and costs £2.95, or nothing on orders over £50. If you need it sooner, Next Day Delivery with Evri or DPD costs £7.95 when you order before 1pm. Every order comes with tracking, so you can follow your parcel until it arrives.
Does Spoiled Brat ship outside the UK?
Yes, Spoiled Brat ships worldwide. Delivery to the EU costs £7.95 per order and takes 2 to 10 working days, while the USA and Canada cost £9.95 per order with 5 to 10 working days. For the rest of the world the shipping page states a separate per-order rate, and import duties, taxes and fees on delivery are the customer's responsibility.
How do I return an order to Spoiled Brat?
You log on to your Spoiled Brat account and process the return there; UK returns go via Royal Mail and are free. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order. All UK returns and exchanges are free, and the contact page links directly to the return or exchange process if you need help.
What does the Spoiled Brat cancellation right say?
As a consumer you may cancel from the moment you order until 14 days after you receive the goods; with several items, the period runs from the last one. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. You must inform Spoiled Brat of the cancellation in writing, and made-to-order items are excluded.
What should I do if my Spoiled Brat order arrives with a problem?
Report it within 48 hours of receipt, as the terms require, so that Spoiled Brat can investigate. Check the confirmation email as soon as possible too: the terms ask you to verify the details and keep a copy. You can reach customer service via the contact form, which is answered within 24 hours on weekdays.
When is my Spoiled Brat order legally accepted?
Your contract with Spoiled Brat only exists once it sends an email confirming that it has received full payment and that the goods have been shipped to your address. Acceptance counts from the moment this email is sent. Until then, your order is an offer to buy, so a basket alone does not bind either side.
Who is behind Spoiled Brat?
Spoiled Brat is the trading name of a company operated and registered in Scotland. The contact page names Spoiled Brat Fashions LTD., company number SC774174, at 8 Forrest Drive, G61 4SJ. The shop describes itself as an independent, family-run UK boutique trading since 2004, rather than a marketplace.
How can I contact Spoiled Brat customer service?
Use the contact form on spoiledbrat.co.uk, which the team answers within 24 hours during opening hours of 9-5pm, Monday to Friday. You can also email the shop or message it on Facebook and Instagram, and the FAQs page covers common questions. Letters go to Spoiled Brat Fashions LTD. at 8 Forrest Drive, G61 4SJ.
Can I return part of a Spoiled Brat order bought with a voucher code?
Yes, the normal Spoiled Brat returns policy applies to orders placed with a voucher code. If you return only some items, the discount may be recalculated for the pieces you keep, so the refund can be lower than the price shown on the product page.
Spoiled Brat: American cult labels and Y2K style from a Glasgow boutique
Spoiled Brat is an independent, family-run online boutique from Glasgow that has been bringing hard-to-find American fashion labels to UK shoppers since 2004. It is aimed at women who want statement pieces rather than high-street basics: Y2K looks, oversized streetwear, graphic sweatshirts and premium loungewear, with cult British labels on the rails as well. Because the shop sends from the UK, you avoid the import hassle of ordering US brands directly, and a voucher code from save-up.co.uk makes the order cheaper still.
A range built around US and British cult brands
Every piece is hand-picked by the Spoiled Brat team, and the shop says openly that it does not stock everything. The collections concentrate on premium Y2K fashion, statement streetwear, hoodies and loungewear, and brands that have gone viral on TikTok and Instagram. Trend edits let you shop by style, from 90s fashion and Y2K clothing to streetwear and a dedicated USA edit, while a gift card lets someone else choose.
- US labels: Boys Lie, Beach Riot, Spiritual Gangster, Junk Food, The Laundry Room, Daydreamer LA
- British labels: The Ragged Priest, Daisy Street
- Further names on the About page: Wildfox, SELKIE, Lauren Moshi, Loungefly
- Trend edits: 90s Fashion, Y2K Clothing, Streetwear, American Fashion Brands UK
Delivery, returns and service from Glasgow
In the UK, standard delivery with Evri takes 2 to 5 working days and is free above £50; below that it costs £2.95. Next Day Delivery before 1pm runs with Evri or DPD. The shop ships worldwide, with flat per-order rates for the EU and for the USA and Canada, and every parcel is tracked. Outside the UK, import duties and taxes are payable by you on delivery.
UK returns and exchanges are free: you have 14 days from receipt and register the return in your account for Royal Mail. Questions sent through the contact form are answered within 24 hours on weekdays between 9 and 5.
How to save at Spoiled Brat
The simplest saving is the free delivery threshold: bundle items until your UK basket passes £50. The sale section lists reduced pieces from labels such as Boys Lie; voucher codes usually do not stack on already reduced prices, so check which gives you the better total. Enter a code in the basket or at checkout and confirm the deduction before paying. Gift cards from £10.00 to £100.00 arrive by email and have no processing fees. If you are browsing other fashion too, you will find Tokyo Laundry Voucher Codes, Luke Roper Discount Codes, an EMP Promo Code and a Ties Planet Voucher Code among the further Fashion shops on save-up.co.uk.
Celebrity wardrobe history since 2004
What sets Spoiled Brat apart is its story. It began in 2004 as a bedroom side hustle, born out of the wish to make celeb-worthy US fashion available in the UK without the stress of import fees. According to the shop, its styles have been worn by The Saturdays, Katie Price and the TOWIE cast, and it appeared on Katie Price's reality show. Today it calls itself a trusted boutique with over 20 years of experience and thousands of loyal customers, and it points shoppers to its reviews on Trustpilot before they buy.
