Questions about MonsterPub

Where does MonsterPub ship its orders from?

MonsterPub ships from 3 warehouses located in China, the United States and France and chooses the warehouse according to your delivery address. Transportation within the United States takes 2-5 working days, European transportation 2-7 working days and other countries 7-20 working days. The shop notes that some European products are out of stock, which may affect the normal time limit.

Which countries does MonsterPub not deliver to?

MonsterPub does not ship to Islamic countries, citing local restrictions and compliance requirements. The shipping policy names Afghanistan, Pakistan, Jordan, Libya, Kosovo and Iraq as examples. For other destinations, delivery takes between 3 and 21 days depending on location, and transit outside the United States and Europe is given as 7-20 working days.

How can I track a MonsterPub parcel?

You track a MonsterPub parcel with the tracking number the shop emails you once the shipping agency provides it. The shipping policy refers you to www.17track.net/en to follow the parcel. Shipment itself is arranged within 24 hours after the order has been placed, so the number usually follows shortly after.

How discreet is a MonsterPub delivery?

MonsterPub offers discreet packaging on all orders. The exterior box is plain and carries no marks that could identify the contents, and the charge appears on your bank or card statement as «RP Product», so the details of your purchase are not obvious to anyone who sees your bill.

Will I pay import charges on a MonsterPub order to the UK?

You may. MonsterPub's terms state that prices do not include VAT, import tax or customs duties, which may apply depending on your location. The shop does not list a separate amount for the UK, so it is sensible to allow for these charges when an order is dispatched from a warehouse outside your country.

How quickly does MonsterPub answer customer queries?

Response times differ by page. The shipping policy promises a reply to messages or emails within 8 hours, the terms aim to answer payment questions within 24 hours and state replies within 1-2 business days, and the contact page aims to reply within 48 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays. The email address is support@monsterpub.com.

How do I connect a MonsterPub vibrator to my phone?

You connect it through the Monster Pub App, not your phone's Bluetooth settings. Turn on Bluetooth, open the app, press the vibrator's power button for more than 2 seconds and wait for the automatic connection. If it fails, check that the device is an Excited or Premium version, charge it, update the app or reinstall it.

What does MonsterPub say about promotional and free items?

MonsterPub states that off-price or promotional items are only available during the periods it specifies and that no price discounts may be exchanged for cash. During promotions, certain items may be available for free purchase, subject to applicable delivery charges, and the active promotions on the site give the details.

What happens if a MonsterPub product is mispriced?

If a product is found to be mispriced, MonsterPub reserves the right to reject the order or refund the difference at its discretion. All prices on MonsterPub.com are subject to change without notice, and product designs, colours and descriptions may also be updated without prior notice.

How does MonsterPub advise avoiding counterfeit toys?

MonsterPub advises buying directly from the manufacturer's website or authorised retailers. Its FAQ warns that fake products often have poor Bluetooth connectivity, buggy apps and misleading reviews, and recommends checking authenticity features such as serial-number verification and reading trusted third-party reviews before buying.

MonsterPub: app-controlled toys for solo play and long-distance couples

MonsterPub is an online shop for adults that specialises in smart sex toys: vibrators controlled by remote or by the Monster Pub App over Bluetooth, clitoral suction toys, male masturbation cups and bundles for couples. The site is aimed at people over 18 who want toys they can control from a phone, including partners in long-distance relationships.

Prices are shown in US dollars and orders are sent from warehouses in China, the United States and France. With a MonsterPub voucher code from save-up.co.uk, your order becomes cheaper before you pay.

The MonsterPub range from egg vibrators to smart cups

The shop menu splits the range into App Sex Toys, Couple Sex Toys, Accessories and Vibrators, with New arrivals, Best Sellers and a Discounts section alongside. The homepage puts its own Monster Pub models first, such as the U-shaped remote egg vibrators 1R, 1X and MP2, the Hulu C-Spot clitoral vibrator and the Mr. Devil pink vibrator. A White series uses antibacterial versions, and for men there are masturbation cups, including the Tornado Smart Cup with AI interaction.

  • Vibrators: remote control, G-spot, couples, clitoral, wand, thrusting, rabbit and foreplay
  • Colour lines: pink vibrators and the antibacterial White series
  • Named products: MOOMA rotating G-spot wand with heating, Magic Kiss clitoral suction toy
  • Male toys: realistic and app-controlled masturbation cups
  • Bundles: kits such as MP2 & Kiss or Mooma & Kiss

Control through the Monster Pub App

What sets MonsterPub apart is that many toys connect to a dedicated app rather than to the phone's Bluetooth menu. The FAQ explains that partners can control a vibrator from far away, adjust intensity, choose vibration patterns and set personal routines; some devices also include settings for Kegel exercises. To connect, you open the app, hold the power button for more than 2 seconds and wait for the automatic pairing. Only Excited or Premium versions connect, and the FAQ advises updating or reinstalling the app if the link fails.

Discreet delivery and payment through PayPal

MonsterPub packs every order in a plain outer box and bills it as «RP Product», so neither the parcel nor your statement reveals what you bought. Shipment is arranged within 24 hours, delivery takes 3-21 days, and orders above $300 USD travel by Express in approximately 4-7 business days. All payments run through PayPal, which accepts cards and eCheck even without a PayPal account and adds Buyer Protection. Bear in mind that prices exclude VAT, import tax and customs duties.

Saving money at MonsterPub

The Discounts section and the bundles, which combine two toys in one kit, are the first places to look for lower prices. The terms state that promotional prices only apply during the periods MonsterPub sets and that discounts cannot be exchanged for cash; during promotions some items can even be free, with delivery charges still due. Enter a voucher code from this page at checkout and check the total before paying. If you are comparing shops, Tantaly Voucher Codes are another Adult shop with codes on save-up.co.uk.

  • Check the Discounts and Best Sellers sections first
  • Compare bundle prices with single toys
  • Allow for import charges when calculating savings
  • Confirm the code reduction before paying through PayPal
