Questions about JMBricklayer
Does JMBricklayer charge for delivery to the UK?
No, the United Kingdom is on JMBricklayer's list of countries with free shipping, as it is one of the countries with a local warehouse. Note, however, that free shipping is not available for multiple shipments. Shipping costs vary by location, and the exact fees are shown at the checkout page before you finalise the order, so you can see what applies to your basket.
How long does a JMBricklayer order take to reach the UK?
Plan for processing plus shipping. For countries with local warehouses, processing typically takes 1-3 business days; items sent from the warehouse in China need 3-5 business days. The estimated shipping time to the UK is 4-8 business days. Orders are not shipped at weekends or on holidays, and peak sales periods, weather or other events can delay delivery.
Will my JMBricklayer order arrive in one parcel?
Not always. Because of the large size and weight of its building block products, JMBricklayer often ships items separately, so an order of several sets may arrive in separate packages. The shop notifies you by email when items are sent separately. Free shipping is not available for multiple shipments, and you can contact support if an item seems to be missing.
Do I have to pay customs duties on a JMBricklayer order?
Any taxes or duties imposed by the customs authorities in your country are the customer's responsibility, according to the JMBricklayer FAQ. The FAQ adds that orders shipped from Amazon warehouses typically do not incur additional charges. For UK buyers, the shop also states that it has a local warehouse in the United Kingdom.
How do I return a set to JMBricklayer?
Send an email to support@jmbricklayer.com with your order number and a brief description of the items you want to return. JMBricklayer then replies with the return steps and the return address. The set must be unused, in its original packaging and in the condition you received it, and the return must fall within 30 days of delivery.
Who pays the return postage at JMBricklayer?
You do, unless the return is due to JMBricklayer's error. Once the return has been received and inspected, the shop tells you whether it is approved; an approved refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Any shipping fees you paid on the order are non-refundable.
What should I do if a JMBricklayer set arrives damaged or wrong?
Email JMBricklayer within 7 days of receiving your package. The shop promises either a replacement or a full refund for damaged, defective or incorrect items. The FAQ asks you to give detailed information about the problem, including photos if possible. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, JMBricklayer investigates with the carrier and offers a replacement or refund once the carrier confirms it.
How can I track my JMBricklayer order?
After dispatch you receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link; the number becomes active within 48 hours. Members can also log in to “My Account” and open “My Orders”, while guest customers use the shipping notification email. If no confirmation arrives within three days, the FAQ suggests checking your spam or junk folder.
Can I pay in pounds at JMBricklayer?
Yes, GBP is one of the currencies JMBricklayer names for multi-currency payments, alongside USD, EUR and CAD; which one you see depends on your location. Final charges may vary slightly because of your payment provider's exchange rates or fees. If a card fails, the shop suggests checking that it supports international transactions or trying PayPal or Shop Pay.
Can I correct my address after placing a JMBricklayer order?
Only quickly. JMBricklayer asks you to report an error in the shipping details within 24 hours of placing the order, and changes may not be possible once the order has shipped. The shop is not responsible for undeliverable packages caused by incorrect or missing destination information, so check your address at checkout.

Unused sets in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery after you email support; you pay the return postage unless the shop made a mistake. At checkout you can use cards from Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and pay in GBP.
How to save at JMBricklayer
