Questions about SIRUI
How much does SIRUI charge for shipping to the UK?
Shipping to the UK is free on lens orders from US$299 and on tripods and camera accessories from US$149. Below these thresholds the price is calculated from the total weight of the items in your order. Because the pound moves with the exchange rate, SIRUI bases the threshold on real-time USD conversion, and the final amount shown on the checkout page is what counts.
Which SIRUI lenses never ship free?
The IronStar 75mm, 100mm and 135mm lenses and the Vision Prime 15mm, 75mm and 150mm lenses are currently excluded from free shipping, whatever the order value. Shipping charges for these lenses vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. SIRUI also notes that some other products have different shipping costs because of their weight and material properties, so look at the delivery line before you pay.
How long does a SIRUI delivery take to arrive?
SIRUI orders are typically processed within 0–1 business days, and shipping then takes 3–7 business days at most times, excluding weekends and public holidays. If you order several products at once, they may come in separate shipments with different delivery times. After dispatch SIRUI emails you the tracking information, so check your spam folder if it does not appear.
Can I return a SIRUI order from the UK?
Check first by email. SIRUI's refund policy says returns for non-manufacturing defects are accepted in the US and EU countries and that other countries do not accept them, while the homepage advertises 30-day easy returns. Where a return is accepted, it is possible once within 30 days of receipt, and you pay the shipping back to the designated service centre. Write to service@sirui.com before sending anything.
When does SIRUI refuse a return or refund?
SIRUI refuses a return or refund when the return period has expired, the product came from an unauthorised dealer or was repaired by an unauthorised agent, or when damage comes from careless handling, accidents or natural disasters. Scratches and dents, third-party components and unofficial circuit modifications or unmatched battery chargers also rule it out. Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items.
What is SIRUI Care and what does it not cover?
SIRUI Care is an optional plan with 1 year of accidental damage coverage and one free repair or replacement, for damage such as dropping, pressure or impact. SIRUI pays the shipping to the designated service agency and back. It excludes water or liquid damage, theft or loss, natural wear, dust, freezing and heat, and accessories like chargers, data cables and lens protective covers.
How does the SIRUI Loyalty Rewards Program work?
Anyone with a SIRUI account can join for free. You earn points through purchases and activities such as signing up, subscribing to the newsletter, following SIRUI on social media and checking in. Points are redeemed in the Rewards section of your account for discount coupons, free shipping and selected SIRUI gear. Redeemed points cannot be returned once a reward has been issued.
What happens to SIRUI points if I return an order?
Points earned on a returned or cancelled SIRUI order are removed from your balance automatically. Remaining points are valid for 1 year from the date they are earned, and there is no cap on lifetime points, although individual activities may have their own limits. If points or rewards go missing, contact SIRUI support with your order number.
Which payment methods does SIRUI accept?
SIRUI accepts credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. For a card payment you need the name on the card, the card number, the expiry month and year, the 3- or 4-digit security code and the billing address. SIRUI says it does not save your card number or the personal data entered in the payment fields.
Do I pay import charges on a SIRUI order to the UK?
Possibly. SIRUI treats the buyer as the importer, so orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, tariffs and sales tax set by the relevant government agencies. SIRUI states it has no control over these charges and that the buyer is fully responsible for them. Allow for them when you compare the discounted price with other offers.
What should I do if a SIRUI parcel arrives damaged or goes missing?
Contact SIRUI through its Contact Us page immediately with the relevant details, and do so within 21 days of delivery confirmation; after that, compensation may no longer be available. You can follow the parcel beforehand with the tracking link from the dispatch email, which helps you spot a delay early.
SIRUI: anamorphic lenses, tripods and lights from the brand's own store
SIRUI's official store at store.sirui.com sells camera lenses, tripods, tripod heads, lights and accessories for photography and video, under the terms of Guangdong SIRUI Optical Co., Ltd. It is aimed at filmmakers and photographers who want anamorphic and cine lenses or camera support straight from the brand, with the United Kingdom among the many countries it delivers to.
Because the store sells only its own products, you find the full series line-up in one place, together with the warranty and repair options SIRUI offers itself. A voucher code from save-up.co.uk makes your order cheaper when you enter it at checkout before paying.
Lens series, mounts and camera support in the SIRUI range
The menu sorts lenses by series, mount, sensor coverage, angle of view and focus mode, so you can narrow the choice to what fits your camera. Alongside new lenses there is a section for used lenses and one for Sportoptic. Camera support sits under Tripods & Heads, split into photo and video use, and the store title also lists lights.
- Lens series: Saturn V2, Saturn V1, Astra, Venus, Swift, IronStar, Aurora, Sniper and Jupiter
- Mounts: Sony E, Fuji X and DJI DL; sensor coverage APS-C and MFT
- Filters for wide and macro lenses and for AF or MF focus
- Anamorphic lenses such as the Venus 1.6x and Astra AF 1.33x
- Tripods & Heads: Rapid System, tripods, monopods and accessories in carbon fibre or aluminium alloy
- Lighting such as the T60 RGB tube light
Anamorphic lenses explained in SIRUI's own videos
Anamorphic glass is the centre of the range. SIRUI describes the Astra series as the world's first full-frame AF anamorphic, the Saturn V2 series is built for horizontal and vertical shooting at T2.9 1.6x, and the Swift series is new with 20mm and 40mm autofocus lenses. To help you set the gear up, SIRUI runs an instruction video page covering anamorphic lenses, tripods such as the ST, AM and BCT series, tabletop tripods, monopods, heads like the PH-10 Gimbal Head and the A-10R Ball Head, and lighting. It is worth watching before you choose a lens or head, because the videos show how each one is set up for cinematic footage or stable shooting.
Delivery, returns and warranty from the official store
SIRUI ships worldwide with providers including FedEx, DHL and UPS, and orders usually leave within a business day. Free shipping to the UK depends on the category: lenses from US$299, tripods and camera accessories from US$149, converted at the real-time dollar rate, with some IronStar and Vision Prime lenses excluded. Returns are handled once within 30 days of receipt, with the return postage paid by you, and the refund policy limits non-defect returns to the US and EU, so UK buyers should email first.
Every product carries a limited warranty of 1 to 6 years for manufacturing faults, and SIRUI Care can be added for accidental damage to a lens.
Ways to save with codes, SIRUI Credits and the newsletter
A voucher code goes into the promo code field at checkout, and the final price there decides what you pay. Beyond codes, the store gives one SIRUICredit per dollar spent, redeemable in the User Benefits Center for discount coupons, free shipping or selected gear, with bonus point campaigns announced by email through the year. Subscribing to the newsletter brings a new user gift. Keep in mind that only one reward coupon fits each order and that reward coupons usually do not combine with other promotions.
If you are shopping for more equipment, save-up.co.uk also lists TagBand Voucher Codes, MyMemory Discount Codes, Electrical World Promo Code and HAVA Voucher Code as further Electronics & Computers shops with voucher codes.
