Which payment methods does MAGIX accept?
MAGIX accepts the credit cards Visa and Mastercard, as well as American Express, which the info page limits to the United States. Can I return software bought at MAGIX?
Yes, within 14 days of the original purchase, and only if you bought the product directly from MAGIX. For an unopened product, email us-shop@magix.net with the order number, your name and email address, the product and the reason for the return. For a defective product, MAGIX sends a Letter of Software Removal form and an RMA number. MAGIX reserves the right to refuse returns.
Which MAGIX products are non-refundable?
Download versions, encoder upgrades, support vouchers and shipping costs are non-refundable. The same applies to Soundpools, videopools, Catooh downloads, encoders and add-ons. MAGIX gives no refunds on its products bought outside the MAGIX shop. If you plan to buy a download with a code, try the matching trial version first.
