Questions about EMOKO
Where does EMOKO ship UK orders from?
UK orders ship from a local EMOKO warehouse in the UK. EMOKO says it runs 5 local fulfilment centres and ships from inside each region it serves: the US, EU, UK, Canada and Australia. Because the bike does not travel internationally, EMOKO says you avoid long transit times and unexpected customs delays. It also describes this shipping as tax-free.
How long does an EMOKO e-bike take to arrive?
Delivery takes 4 to 10 business days in total. EMOKO processes and dispatches an order from the nearest local warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. After dispatch, the package reaches your address within 3 to 8 business days. EMOKO emails you a tracking link as soon as the bike is on its way, so you can follow the delivery.
Can I pay in pounds at EMOKO?
No. EMOKO shows prices in other currencies, but every purchase on its official website is settled in EUR. Prices in British pounds are converted at the same day's exchange rate. If you pay with a non-EUR card, your bank may charge a conversion fee or you may lose on the exchange rate. EMOKO says you have to raise these costs with your card issuer.
Does EMOKO accept PayPal Credit or instalments?
EMOKO does not accept PayPal Credit. You can pay through PayPal with your account balance or a linked debit or credit card instead, and you do not need a PayPal account to use it. For instalments, EMOKO offers Klarna. Qualified buyers can also finance an e-bike through EMOKO's consumer financing partners, and the partner alone sets the conditions.
Why is my card payment failing at EMOKO?
The error code tells you why. Code 80010 (Do Not Honour) means your bank treated the purchase as a risky overseas transaction or you have set an online spending limit. Code 80090 means 3D verification is not switched on for your card. Code 20061 means you left 3D verification and paid again. EMOKO suggests you contact your bank, pay again or use another card.
What happens to the EMOKO warranty after a chargeback?
If anyone raises a credit card chargeback on an order, of any amount, EMOKO pauses the Limited Warranty for that order until the chargeback is resolved. For pre-orders, EMOKO charges your card or account once it approves the order, whatever the expected shipping date. EMOKO can also decline or return payments at its sole discretion.
How hard is it to assemble an EMOKO e-bike?
It takes about 30 minutes. EMOKO e-bikes arrive mostly pre-assembled in the box, and you usually only fit the front wheel, handlebars, pedals and seat. EMOKO includes a step-by-step instruction manual and links to assembly videos that take you through each step. With the C94, the box also contains a packaging toolkit.
What comes in the box with the EMOKO C94?
The EMOKO C94 box contains the e-bike, a packaging toolkit, two pedals, a 4A charger with cable, a battery, a warranty card and the owner's manual. The package measures 146 × 32 × 78 cm, and the assembled bike measures 170 × 70 × 105 cm. You can choose the single 35Ah battery or the dual 35Ah + 35Ah version, both in black.
Which components does the EMOKO C94 use?
The EMOKO C94 has a 7-speed Shimano drivetrain, front and rear hydraulic brakes, a front suspension fork and 20 × 4.0 inch all-terrain fat tyres from Kenda. It also has a 10W LED headlight, an LCD display that shows speed, battery level, gear, mileage and error codes, dual leather seats and an expandable rear rack for delivery boxes. The frame is aluminium alloy.
How can I contact EMOKO?
You can email EMOKO at support@emokobike.com, send a WhatsApp message to +86 19129406347 or use the contact form, which has subjects for distributor, agency and ODM/OEM enquiries. The company behind the store is Shenzhen EMOKO Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., with an office in Bao'an District, Shenzhen, China. Its production site is in Huizhou, Guangdong Province.
EMOKO: long-range e-bikes and spare parts straight from the manufacturer
EMOKO is the official online store of an electric bike maker based in Guangdong, China. It sells its own folding, commuter, retro and cargo e-bikes directly to riders, without a retailer in between. The shop suits you if you want a bike for long daily distances, for food or parcel deliveries or for compact storage at home. You can also buy spare batteries, chargers and parts for the bike you already own.
UK orders ship from a local warehouse, and a voucher code from this page lowers the price at checkout.
E-bike models and accessories at EMOKO
The range is built around a small number of model families, each in several versions: single or dual motor, single or dual battery, folding or larger frame. Next to the bikes, an accessories section sells replacement parts by type and by model. This helps if you want a second battery for more range or need to replace a part after some years of riding.

Local warehouses, warranty and support
EMOKO does not post bikes from China to each buyer. It keeps stock in local fulfilment centres, including one for the UK. An order leaves the warehouse within 1 to 2 business days and then takes 3 to 8 business days to reach you, with a tracking link by email. The bike arrives mostly pre-assembled, and assembly videos guide you through the last steps. After delivery you have 30 days to return or exchange it. Every bike has a warranty of 1 to 2 years depending on the model, the frame has 2 years, and support stays free for as long as you own the bike.
Saving at EMOKO with a code and the seasonal offers
Before you order, check the Seasonal Discounts section in the EMOKO menu and the price shown on each product page. The shop sometimes runs its own pay-now promotions on individual bikes, and many voucher codes exclude items that are already reduced. Enter your code at checkout and compare the total with and without it. Remember that the store settles every payment in EUR, so a pound card can add bank fees. Klarna lets you split the cost of an expensive bike into instalments. If you are equipping a wider sporting hobby, save-up.co.uk also lists Boogie Bounce Voucher Codes, Skiset Discount Codes, Padel Market Promo Code and the Home Fitness Code Voucher Code as further Sport & Fitness shops.
An own factory in Huizhou
Unlike many web shops, EMOKO builds the bikes it sells. Its engineering centre in Huizhou, Guangdong Province, combines research and development with production. The factory covers 5,000 square metres and runs three production lines, which together turn out up to 1,000 e-bikes a day. EMOKO says it holds 30 domestic and international patents and certifications and serves riders in more than 50 countries. Distributors, agencies and ODM/OEM partners can contact the company through the same form that private buyers use.
