Earrings cannot be returned unless faulty, and neither can personalised, engraved or custom-made pieces. Autumn and May also refuses anything that has been worn, is past the return window, or is missing its original packaging or proof of purchase. Ready-to-wear items can be returned within the returns window if they are unworn and in their original packaging, so keep the box until you are sure.
